| Installing and Maintaining your Cartridges |
| Q Sometimes the print quality deteriorates and I
am not sure why? |
| A Always follow the correct procedure for installing
and maintaining your cartridges. If print quality deteriorates
with normal use it often means that the print-heads have become
blocked. These can be easily cleaned following the procedure
shown below. Remember that frequent cleaning is important and
will go along way in maintaining both your cartridge and printer. |
| |
| Installing your
Cartridges |
| 1. Remove tape/clip
from bottom of cartridge before installing in printer. |
| 2. Once cartridge
has been installed, perform at least one cleaning cycle. |
| 3. If print quality
deteriorates with normal use, repeat cleaning cycle. |
| 4. Never remove
a cartridge once installed, unless replacing with a new one. |
