| InkMailers |
| Q What is an InkMailer? |
|
InkMailer is a complete factory inkjet cartridge recycling service. InkMailers are pre-paid mailers (specific to each cartridge type) that you purchase in advance and then use to send in your empty inkjet cartridge for recycling. The cost of the InkMailer includes the shipping cost to the recycling facility, the factory inkjet cartridge recycling service and the shipping cost back to you.
|
| How Does It Work? |
|
- Order your InkMailer .
- On receipt of your order we will despatch your InkMailer to you via Royal Mail 1st class post.
- Keep the InkMailer on hand until your inkjet cartridge is empty.
- When your inkjet cartridge is empty, simply place your empty inkjet cartridge inside the InkMailer, seal and drop it in the mail. Remember no postage payment is required by you. Your cartridge will be automatically shipped to The Inkbox’s inkjet cartridge recycling facility.
- There are no forms to complete as each InkMailer is supplied pre-printed with This reference number tells us who the Inkmailer came from, which inkjet cartridges are to be recycled and where to return the recycled inkjet cartridges.
- Using state of the art recycling machinery your inkjet cartridge will be professionally cleaned, refilled with high quality ink, and print tested. Your recycled inkjet cartridge will then be returned to you via Royal Mail 1st class post.
Important!
The Inkbox does not guarantee that your exact cartridge will be returned to you. They will make every effort to do so. However, in order to provide a fast service, it is not always possible to do this. Please rest assured that the inkjet cartridge you do receive back will have statistically the same life as the one you sent in.
|
| How Long Does The Whole Process Take? |
| From the day you post your inkjet cartridge to receiving it back normally takes 5-7 working days. We would advise that you always keep an additional working inkjet cartridge on hand. This enables you to continue to print whilst your other inkjet cartridge is away being recycled.
|
| How Many Times Can You Recycle My Inkjet Cartridge? |
| On average, each inkjet cartridge, can be recycled 5-6 times. However some times a cartridge may not recyle even once whilst others may be recycled more than 6 times. What we do know with certainty is that all inkjet cartridges will wear out eventually and will need to be replaced.
|
| What If You Cannot Recycle My Inkjet Cartridge. |
| If a cartridge fails to pass the recycling process, the print test or is found to be unserviceable, you will be supplied with a replacement InkMailer at no additional cost given the option to upgrade to one of our recycled or original products or offered a %100 refund. This means you will never be out of pocket. Note: We do not replace inkjet cartridges if they are unserviceable since all inkjet cartridges will eventually wear out.
|
| Is The InkMailer Service Fully Guaranteed? |
| InkMailers and their service are fully guaranteed by their manufacturer Eurojet. Each remanufactured inkjet cartridge is covered by a 3 month warranty from the date each cartridge is recycled.
|
| What Else Do I Need To Know? |
| Each InkMailer is valid for one use only. InkMailers do not include an empty inkjet cartridge. You must have an empty inkjet cartridge to use this service. Eurojet or its authorised dealers do not sell empty inkjet cartridges.
